TTAD Refund and Return Policy
At TTAD, we strive to offer our customers the best shopping experience, enhancing their lives with our fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, once delivered, opened or used items cannot be returned to the seller as they cannot be resold or reused.
In the event that you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, please contact our customer care team within 24-48 hours.
Refund & Exchange Policy:
In cases of extreme damage during transit (leakage, breakage, or missing items), a refund or exchange can be initiated after thorough verification under our refund policy.
Our products contain natural extracts and ingredients. Damages caused by neglect, improper use, or incorrect application are not covered by this policy. We do not cover issues arising from individual sensitivities to a specific ingredient. We highly recommend performing a patch test as advised with every product.
Refund Process:
- TTAD is not responsible for any damage after the products have been delivered.
- To claim a refund for missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory.
- For refund claims, please email us at ttadperfumes@gmail.com. with necessary images and videos and the subject line “Refund For [Order Number].”
- If the package appears tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and report the issue immediately.
- In case your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, notify customer care within 3 days. No refunds will be processed after this period.
- Refunds do not include delivery charges, as these are non-refundable by our delivery partners.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days.
- Refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of order delivery, including necessary details. If the claim is accepted, the refund may take up to 15 days to be processed.
- TTAD will provide relevant transaction details, including screenshots and transaction IDs, once the refund is initiated.
Cancellation Policy:
- Order cancellations can only be processed before dispatch from our warehouse. A gateway charge of 2.5% will apply to all cancellations.
- Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. For prepaid orders returned after dispatch, a fee of ₹75 will be deducted from the refund.
